píngmén【screen door(between the outer and inner courtyards of an old-style Chinese residence)】
1.遮隔内外院或遮隔正院或跨院的门。2.由4扇或更多可开启的门组成的屏壁。一般用于垂花门的后檐柱、室内明间后金柱间、大门后檐柱、庭院内的随墙门上，因起屏风作用，故称屏门。是用一种较薄的木板拼攒镜面的板门，不用合叶而用鹅项、碰铁、屈戍、海窝、吊环、前脸钉。
